Raiders coach Ricky Stuart has aired his grievances with the officiating in his side's 34-20 loss to the Rabbitohs at GIO Stadium<\/a>, proclaiming he doesn't "give a shit about being labelled a whinger."<\/p>\n

True to form, Stuart took to his post-match press conference with his heart on his sleeve, and obviously had a bone to pick with referee Ben Cummins for a lopsided penalty count that he felt cruelled his troops' chances of staging a courageous must-win victory without star half back George Williams.<\/p>\n

"This has been happening a lot this year to us," Stuart started.<\/p>\n

\"Ricky<\/p>\n

"I'll look like a whinger, which I don't really give a shit about being labelled a whinger, but when you get a game out there where it's 8-1 in penalties, I just think it needs a discussion."<\/p>\n

When it was put to him that despite the one-sided penalty count, the Raiders were awarded seven set restarts in comparison to Souths' zero, Stuart seemed to backtrack.<\/p>\n

"The ruck was so slow tonight mate," he responded.<\/p>\n

\"The<\/p>\n

"I can't believe it was only seven. But please, I know it probably sounds like it, but I'm not being disrespectful to Souths. They're playing good footy at the moment. I thought we equalled the performance tonight.<\/p>\n

"I was happy with a big part of our game. But again, as I said, we can't keep giving away cheap 12-18 points a game. So, we've only got ourselves to blame. No one else."<\/p>\n

The loss sees Ricky's Raiders slump to four consecutive matches without a win, and will no doubt hold big consequences for their finals push come the pointy end of the season.<\/p>\n
