<\/p>\nIn his second game back from injury, Tom Trbojevic proved just how piovtal he is to Manly's top eight prospects with a starring performance in his side's 40-6 rout of the Wests Tigers.<\/p>\n
Trbojevic backed up his dominant return against the Titans with another masterclass recording three try assists, a try, two line breaks, 191 running metres and five tackle busts in the resounding victory.<\/p>\n
The win made it three straight for the Sea Eagles, with Manly now 3-4 after their horror first month.<\/p>\n
After going down 6-0 early, Trbojevic broke the line in consecutive sets in a five-minute stretch late in the first half to sink the Tigers.<\/p>\n

He found Daly Cherry-Evans in support twice and then set up forward Martin Taupau and backed it up with another assist and a try of his own after the break, racking up his 50th NRL four-pointer in just 98 appearances.<\/p>\n
Trbojevic's display had NRL great Michael Ennis calling for NSW selectors to consider the fullback for the Blues' No.1 jersey.<\/p>\n
"Does he fall into the conversation of fullback for NSW? I know Tedesco and Papenhuyzen have been outstanding, but what this man is capable of," he said on Fox Sports.<\/p>\n
"I know he plays centre so well, but with the new modern game and the rules and his physical presence, his ball playing ability and his effort.<\/p>\n
"He is without doubt one of the best fullbacks in the competition and his form the last two weeks takes him to the top of the list.<\/p>\n

"His last two performances are as good as I've seen from a fullback and as good as I've ever seen."<\/p>\n
The Tigers are now off to the worst start in the joint-venture's history, having won just one of their first seven games.<\/p>\n
After Luciano Leilua scored the opening try, Michael Maguire's men went cold letting Manly score 40 unanswered points.<\/p>\n
Making matters worse, their only try came from a deflection from a kick as their defence was caught out several times.<\/p>\n
The Tigers allowed Manly to race to a 18-6 half time lead after missing 19 tackles in the first half, going on to to record 33 for the match.<\/p>\n
Cherry-Evans grabbed his first try when Josh Schuster broke through the line to find the halfback with a no-look pass.<\/p>\n

Trbojevic then put his stamp on the game shortly after, when he broke the line to find Cherry-Evans for his second. Another line break set up a try for Taupau before the break.<\/p>\n
Trbojevic claimed his 50th try while backing up Haumole Olakau'atu when Cherry-Evans put the forward through a hole with a crisp pass. Trbojevic then set up Reuben Garrick before earning an early shower from Des Hasler.<\/p>\n
Kieran Foran also got his first four-pointer back in Manly colours, while Jason Saab found the line from a perfectly placed bomb.<\/p>\n
The Tigers have won just 4 of 14 matches at Bankwest Stadium.<\/p>\n
Maguire's men have conceded more than 207 points to start the season, which is the most in the club's history after seven matches.<\/p>\n
