Novak Djokovic<\/a>'s father has fired his latest barb towards Roger Federer<\/a>, launching a wild allegation that the Swiss Maestro "attacked" his son at the start of his career.<\/p>\n

Srdjan Djokovic has been outspoken about Federer in the past, previously claiming that the 20-time Grand Slam winner was "jealous"<\/a> of the current world No.1.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Serbian TV network K1, Srdjan spoke about the alleged attack on his son, which he claims happened "about 15 years ago".<\/p>\n

"Federer attacked my son when he was still young, he was 18 or 19 years old," he said.<\/p>\n

\"Novak<\/p>\n

"I knew someone would be there who would be better than him.<\/p>\n

"So I said that [Federer] was a great champion, the best at the time.<\/p>\n

"But as much as he is a great champion, Federer is not such a good man."<\/p>\n

No evidence was offered to substantiate Srdjan's claim.<\/p>\n

Srdjan hammered media outlets for what he claims are attempts to "defame" his son despite his incredible success in the game.<\/p>\n

"It is obvious that foreign media outlets do not have the best opinion of us and think that we are constantly bothering them," he said.<\/p>\n

\"Roger<\/p>\n

"To tell you the truth, I do not want to be part of your twisted world.<\/p>\n

"I'm sorry you don't like Novak. I just tell you the truth. What should I do?<\/p>\n

"They defame him so much and say so many disgusting things about him that it is unbelievable.<\/p>\n

"My answers are much clearer compared to how they treat this great champion, that they won't have again in this world."<\/p>\n
