KARACHI: Pakistan U19 squad has returned negative in their first COVID-19 testing ahead of the Bangladesh tour.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the clearance from the widely-spread virus, the squad will gather in Lahore to undergo a training camp before leaving for Bangladesh. The squad will undergo second testing upon their arrival in Lahore on April 1.<\/p>\n

After two negative results, the squad will resume training at NCA from April 2. A ten-day training camp will allow players to prove their mettle for final selection.<\/p>\n

After the training camp, as many as 17 players will be shortlisted for the tour. The team is scheduled to depart on April 11.<\/p>\n

The green shirts are scheduled to play four-day and five 50-over matches against Bangladesh.<\/p>\n
