LeBron James<\/a> is content with his three Olympic<\/a> gold medals and one bronze.<\/p>\n

Speaking on the Mind the Game<\/em> podcast, the NBA great said he had no plans to play for the United States at the 2028 Olympics in his current city of residence, Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

"You already know my answer," James, 40, said. "I will be watching it."<\/p>\n

He'll no doubt have a front-row seat at the basketball competition during the Olympics.<\/p>\n

Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry<\/a>, also speaking on the podcast, just might be sitting with James.<\/p>\n

Curry will be 40 when the Los Angeles Games roll around. He said he didn't expect to make a second Olympic appearance.<\/p>\n

"God willing, I still have the choice and physical option where I could impact the team," Curry said. "Never say never, but I highly doubt it. Highly doubt it."<\/p>\n

James is nearing his season debut with the Los Angeles Lakers after being sidelined due to a sciatica issue. He won a bronze medal in the 2004 Games, adding golds in 2008, 2012 and 2024.<\/p>\n

Curry did not play at the Olympics until 2024 in Paris, not playing in prior Games either because of injuries or long post-season runs with Golden State.<\/p>\n

Curry was key to the United States winning its fifth consecutive gold medal in 2024.<\/p>\n
