Karachi: Melbourne Renegades head coach Michael Klinger is excited after the signing of Pakistan’s all-rounder Imad for the upcoming edition of Big Bash League (BBL) season 10.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Klinger termed the 31-year-old Imad as one of the best in the shorter format of the game because of his diversified skills.<\/p>\n

The signings just keep on coming! And this one is currently ranked in the top 10 T20I bowlers in the world.<\/p>\n

Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim is now officially a Renegade.<\/p>\n

\u201cImad is one of the best T20 players in the world with his ability to impact games with the ball and to finish the innings with the bat,\u201d Coach Michael Klinger said.<\/p>\n

“He\u2019s an experienced player with recent title success, he\u2019s capable of bowling in the powerplay and he\u2019ll strengthen our middle-order batting,” he added.<\/p>\n

On December 1, PCB has granted a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Imad. He will\u00a0join Renegades after the conclusion of Pakistan\u2019s T20I series against New Zealand which is scheduled to take place from December 18-22.<\/div>\n

Imad joins Rilee Rossouw, Imran Tahir, Mohammad Nabi and Noor Ahmad\u00a0as the overseas players on the Renegades playing roster.<\/p>\n

Note, Imad led the Karachi Kings to the Pakistan Super League (PSL) title last month. He also played 11 games for Nottinghamshire in England\u2019s domestic T20 competition before the side went on to win the title in October.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
