Wrestling fans had mixed emotions when it was announced that actor Chris Hemsworth would be portraying Hulk Hogan in an upcoming Netflix biopic. <\/p>\n

The Hollywood Reporter<\/a><\/p>\n revealed Hemsworth, 36, will play the six-time World Wrestling Federation champion in a production to be directed by Todd Phillips. <\/p>\n Wrestling fans questioned the news that the Thor actor will be playing the Hulkster, with most believing Hemsworth is an odd choice for the role. <\/p>\n Sounding off on his Figure Four Weekly blog, wrestling journalist and semi-retired grappler Bryan Alvarez thought Hemsworth wasn\u2019t bulky enough to play Hogan, stating the Australian actor was \u201cregular size.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cChris Hemsworth just looks like a regular guy,\u201d Alvarez wrote. \u201cHe\u2019s big, and yes he\u2019s got long, blond hair. But \u2026 have you seen Hulk Hogan in the \u201980s?
