The photo of the former sportsman, which is circulating on Twitter, was shot through the window of the New York apartment he shares with his actress\/singer fiancee <\/p>\n

In the snap, Rodriguez is seen sitting on the lavatory while looking at his mobile phone. A huge window without blinds gives a clear view of the star as he is sat with his pants down. And in the background of the shot, a bathrobe can be seen hanging next to a glass shower cubicle, along with a fluffy white towel which is monogrammed with the letter A. <\/p>\n

According to editors at New York Post\u2019s Page Six, his legal team is now trying to uncover the photographer, and the likely offender is reported to be an employee from a Manhattan hedge fund near the US$17.5 million apartment, which has four and a half bathrooms. <\/p>\n

A source told Page Six, \u201cAlex\u2019s lawyers are all over this. They are working hard to find out who the culprit is. It is a clear breach of privacy. The photo was obviously taken from the building next door, from a floor possibly parallel to Alex\u2019s apartment. One of the hedge funds in the building next door will be getting a big lawsuit.\u201d <\/p>\n
