Brown\" src=\"https:\/\/sportinfo.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/ric-flair-e1558131917720-1.jpg\" title=\"Ric Flair speaks onstage during the Discovery Communications portion of the 2017 Summer Television Critics Association Press Tour in Beverly Hills, Calif., July 26, 2017.\" \/><\/p>\n<p> Wrestling legend Ric Flair has been forced to wait for surgery to treat a medical emergency due to health complications. <\/p>\n<p> The 70-year-old WWE legend <\/p>\n<p>                        <a href=\"https:\/\/canoe.com\/sports\/wrestling\/wwe-legend-ric-flair-hospitalized\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">was said to be in a \u201cvery serious\u201d condition<\/a><\/p>\n<p>                         after he was hospitalized in Georgia on Thursday, but his wife, Wendy Barlow, insisted he would be fine, and explained Ric was expected to make a \u201cfull recovery\u201d after undergoing a procedure booked for Friday. <\/p>\n<p> It\u2019s not clear what landed him in hospital, but Barlow has since revealed his doctors have decided against moving forward with the mystery operation until other issues are dealt with, <\/p>\n<p>                        <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2019\/05\/17\/ric-flair-surgery-postponed-complications\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">reports TMZ<\/a><\/p>\n<p>                        . <\/p>\n<p> \u201cRic\u2019s surgery has been postponed until Monday to address some complications that needed to be taken care of first,\u201d Barlow shares in a new statement. \u201cThanks for all the well wishes.\u201d <\/p>\n<p> It\u2019s not the first time Flair has suffered a major health scare \u2013 in 2017, he was placed in a medically-induced coma for 11 days after his intestine ruptured. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Wrestling legend Ric Flair has been forced to wait for surgery to treat a medical emergency due to health complications.
