Jennifer Lopez<\/a><\/p>\n

showed her team spirit at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday night by giving U.S. women\u2019s soccer star Carli Lloyd a birthday lap dance during her It\u2019s My Party Tour show. <\/p>\n

However, on Saturday night, the singer was forced her to pull the plug on her concert as the city was hit by a massive blackout. <\/p>\n

The singer had just started the Saturday show when the power outage hit, and fans were immediately evacuated from the venue. <\/p>\n

Lopez later took to Instagram to share an emotional message explaining her devastation after the show was scrapped. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe power is out in NYC and at MSG. Heartbroken to say tonight\u2019s show is cancelled. We will reschedule. Love you all!!! Stay safe!\u201d she captioned the clip. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe had just started our show. They\u2019re asking everybody to evacuate, very slowly and calmly, and obviously that\u2019s what were going to have to do.\u201d <\/p>\n

Saturday night\u2019s blackout left more than 73,000 New Yorkers without power, according to NBC New York. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, at Friday night\u2019s Madison Square Garden gig, Lopez gave World Cup winning-soccer star Lloyd a birthday lap dance. <\/p>\n

J.Lo pulled Lloyd from the audience to the stage and sat her on a chair shaped like a stiletto. <\/p>\n

Lopez congratulated Lloyd for her team\u2019s win and then told the athlete, \u201cI\u2019ve got a little present for you. Actually Carli, I got two presents for you.\u201d <\/p>\n

The singer then asked her dancers to \u201ctake care of Carli and give her a little birthday present?\u201d <\/p>\n

Lopez left the stage and two of her female backup dancers gyrated on Lloyd as Jeremih\u2019s 2009 hit Birthday Sex played in the background. <\/p>\n
