Australian Rugby League Commission chairman Peter V'landys<\/a> has made his official pitch to US president Donald Trump, as he attempts to drum up interest in the Las Vegas spectacle set to kick off the NRL season.<\/p>\n

Featuring on Fox in America, V'landys implored the president to attend the matches in Las Vegas which will include NRL, international and Super League fixtures on March 1 and 2 (AEDT).<\/p>\n

"Mr President, we want to introduce you to the toughest game on earth, rugby league, in the world's sport and entertainment capital, Las Vegas," V'landys said.<\/p>\n

Allegiant Stadium will host a blockbuster four games on March 1, to continue on the momentum built from last year's event.<\/p>\n

The Raiders\ufeff and Warriors will play one NRL match while the Penrith Panthers and Cronulla Sharks battle the other.<\/p>\n

Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves play the Super League fixture and it's the Australian Jillaroos against the England women for the international match.<\/p>\n
