The USA TODAY Sports Super 25<\/a> enters a massive week for high school football, with top teams set to square off <\/span>across the country<\/span> on Thursday, Friday <\/span>and<\/span> Saturday.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, last week’s action has already created a shift among the best of the best.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 2023 Super 25 champ and current No. 3 Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, Nev.) took out then-No. 25 Kahuku (Hawaii) 33-7, while No. 10 Milton (Ga.) overcame a tough test against then-No. 21 Buford (Ga.), 13-10.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the Sunshine State, a preseason shocker created a small amount of buzz, with nationally ranked American Heritage (Plantation, Fla.) losing to Blanche Ely (Pompano Beach, Fla.) 50-7. <\/span><\/p>\n
