field of horrors!<\/p>\n<p>In two games against the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nine.com.au\/sport\/nrl\/sydney-roosters\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"Roosters\">Roosters<\/a> at Allianz Stadium this year, the Dragons have conceded over 100 points.<\/p>\n<p>In what must be a first since 1908, the Roosters ran in 102 points on the same patch of grass against the one team.<\/p>\n<p>They smashed the Dragons 60-18 in the Anzac Day massacre and then followed that up with a 42-12 thrashing on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Pumped up to salute record-breaking prop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nine.com.au\/person\/jared-waerea-hargreaves-25qq\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"Jared Waerea-Hargreaves\">Jared Waerea-Hargreaves<\/a>, the Roosters put the Dragons to the sword in emphatic style.<\/p>\n<p>The worry for the Dragons now is that if they make the finals and take on the Roosters, it will be almost certainly at the same venue &#8211; a Matt Burton field goal in golden point off the upright &#8211; but the mindset and determination at home proved the difference.<\/p>\n<p>The Dogs&#x27; win puts them in a great position to play finals footy in September &#8211; something few pundits predicted back in March.<\/p>\n<p><img data-id=\"bbe24d0f-58d5-4f34-90cc-89db1f0ba091\" src=\"https:\/\/sportinfo.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/bbe24d0f-58d5-4f34-90cc-89db1f0ba091-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-width=\"3890\" data-height=\"2188\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Latrell&#x27;s back on top<\/h2>\n<p>\ufeffSouth Sydney superstar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nine.com.au\/person\/latrell-mitchell-1n2p\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"Latrell Mitchell\">Latrell Mitchell<\/a>&#x27;s career hit rock bottom when he was suspended earlier this season.<\/p>\n<p>The Rabbitohs lost their way in the finals race, coach Jason Demetriou was sacked and Latrell copped plenty from the critics.<\/p>\n<p>But the suspension, time away from the game and some soul-searching appears to have brought out the best in the enigmatic fullback.<\/p>\n<p>Since his return, Latrell has scored six tries for Souths and won a recall to State of Origin football, scoring a try in the Blues&#x27;
