He won the Buktkus, Bednarik and Lambert awards. He went on to be the second overall pick in the 2000 NFL draft by Washington.<\/p>\n<p>In the NFL, Arrington made the Pro Bowl three times.<\/p>\n<p>Arrington II is 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds.
