League great Paul Gallen<\/a> has unleashed at the NRL's policing of players milking penalties as Sharks<\/a> prop Oregon Kaufusi nervously awaits his fate for a crusher tackle.<\/p>\n

In a tightly-contested battle, Bulldogs<\/a> winger Blake Wilson stayed down after being caught in a crusher tackle by Kaufusi.<\/p>\n

Referee Gerard Sutton had yet to make a call on the tackle until replays highlighted the severity of the incident, with Wilson still laying on the turf.<\/p>\n

"It's a crusher, but I don't know what he's supposed to do," Andrew Johns<\/a> said on Nine.<\/p>\n

Gallen vented his frustrations over Wilson's display, declaring that players who stay down should be forced to go off the field.<\/p>\n

"It's a crusher but he stays down," he said.<\/p>\n

\"Blake<\/p>\n

"This is what annoys me, what Cameron Smith talks about, if a player lays down he should come off for an HIA.<\/p>\n

"\ufeffWe saw one in the first half on Trindall – he got up and just played the ball. But (Wilson's) stayed and no doubt he'll get a penalty."<\/p>\n

Sutton awarded the Bulldogs a penalty as Wilson was assisted by trainers back to his feet. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"This one here, it's a bad one but Wilson contributes because the it's the trend in the game to hit and then turn," Johns added.<\/p>\n
