N\ufeffathan Brown's form to start the season has earned him a fresh two-year contract at the Sea Eagles<\/a>, keeping him at the club until the end of 2026.<\/p>\n

The experienced front-rower, who appeared to be facing an uncertain future in the NRL last year, has become an integral part of the Manly squad this season. \ufeff<\/p>\n

Brown's aggressive back-fence carries and no-nonsense approach has helped the side to some important victories, placing them in the mix for a top-eight spot.<\/p>\n

The 31-year-old former NSW Blues representative was off-contract at the end of the year but Manly officials have moved quickly to ensure he remains a long-term fixture.<\/p>\n

In a statement released on Wednesday afternoon, head coach Anthony Seibold<\/a> praised the prop and labelled him as a "cult hero" among the club's diehard supporters.<\/p>\n

"We are very happy now to extend Nathan for another two years which is a great reward for his performances off the bench this season," he said.<\/p>\n

"The biggest thing I can say about Nathan is that in a really short time here, he has become a bit of a cult hero at Manly because people like the way he plays.\ufeff<\/p>\n

"Nathan plays with plenty of intent and he cares about the team he plays in. We love having him here. I find Nathan really easy to coach.<\/p>\n

"You give him a job and he goes after it. I really enjoy coaching him."<\/p>\n

After a mixed start to his NRL journey with the Tigers and Rabbitohs, Brown joined Parramatta in 2017 and became a staple of the side's success in over 100 games.<\/p>\n

Brown moved to the Roosters last year, but managed just 10 games before being thrown a lifeline by the Sea Eagles and \ufeffreviving his career.<\/p>\n
