B\ufeffrandon Smith<\/a> has been issued a breach notice by the Sydney Roosters<\/a>, after the star hooker missed the club's mandatory mid-season review.<\/p>\n

The Sydney Morning Herald<\/a> reports \ufeffthe club held meetings last Monday following their round 13 loss to the Cowboys, but the 28-year-old failed to turn up.<\/p>\n

Roosters officials attempted to contact Smith during the meeting, but he did not reply.<\/p>\n

With the Roosters earning a bye this weekend, Smith is in now doubt for the side's showdown with the Parramatta Eels in round 15. <\/p>\n

"It was a mistake from my end,"\ufeff Smith told the Herald. <\/p>\n

"I was out with family and didn't realise it was on. I take responsibility for that."<\/p>\n

Those within the club are now weighing up Smith's future at Bondi, with some officials left frustrated by his latest indiscretion.<\/p>\n
