Paul Gallen<\/a> has labelled Barry Hall a "delusional desperate" after claiming he actually won their 2019 boxing draw.<\/p>\n

Hall is returning to the sport after his ugly KO loss to Sonny Bill Williams in 2022, to take on former NRL player Curtis Scott on July 10 in Wollongong.<\/p>\n

But it's clear Hall feels like he has some unfinished business with Gallen. Even though two judges scored the bout a draw and a third ruled it for the ex-Sharks skipper 58-56, Hall believes he won the fight.<\/p>\n

He told the No Limit podcast he'd like to get back into the ring with Gallen, and claims to have won four rounds to two in 2019.\ufeff<\/p>\n

"I thought I won," Hall said. "But I'm sure Paul has a different opinion".<\/p>\n

Gallen snapped back on social media after seeing a clip of the interview, telling the former AFL star\ufeff he's looking forward to Scott "knocking you out".<\/p>\n

Gallen has not boxed since winning consecutive bouts against Justin Hodges in 2022 and had a message for Hall, and promoters No Limit.<\/p>\n

"Haven't fought for almost two years (and No Limit are) still using me to promote fights," Gallen wrote.<\/p>\n

"Fair play we were good for each other.<\/p>\n

"(Hall) you watched the fight. You hit the deck from memory once maybe twice. No knockdown called.<\/p>\n

"You held intentionally from the first round. Warned every round by the ref. Intentionally, which you are not allowed to do.<\/p>\n

"We did a function together and you admitted this.<\/p>\n

\"Barry<\/p>\n

"The event was there for you to win and you were the A side and with the promoter and you were not good enough.<\/p>\n

"We know\/feel as soon as the fight finishes how it went and you stood there and said 'one judge said he won so he probably did'.<\/p>\n

"Yes a judge gave it to me. Two had it a draw.<\/p>\n

"You're a delusional desperate I look forward to (Scott) knocking you out".<\/p>\n

Soon after, Hall responded.<\/p>\n

"Ahh @paulgallen13 ?!," he wrote.<\/p>\n

"It's actually funny you think I'm delusional when you think you knocked me down twice??<\/p>\n

"And I do remember that function and I pretty much said everything I said on the podcast and you replied with silence? But now you choice (sic) to argue on here?<\/p>\n

"I'm sure you would be hoping Curtis KO's me cos it will save you from a beating later.<\/p>\n
