Collingwood<\/a> superstar Nick Daicos<\/a> is only getting better with age.<\/p>\n

And he's got some new records to prove it.<\/p>\n

Despite his Magpies going down by 18 points at the hands of the Western Bulldogs<\/a> at Marvel Stadium on Friday night, Daicos still dazzled.<\/p>\n

\ufeffThe 21-year-old broke three records on Friday night.<\/p>\n

He is now the fastest player to record 30+ disposals against all 17 opposition clubs.<\/p>\n

\"Daicos.\"<\/p>\n

Daicos did that in just 59 games.\ufeff<\/p>\n

On a Collingwood front\ufeff, he now holds the club record for the most clearances in a single game, with 16.<\/p>\n

He overcame Nathan Buckley's record of 15 clearances, that was set back in 1998.\ufeff<\/p>\n

On top of that, Daicos also gained the Collingwood record for most contested possessions in a single game, with a whopping 27 to his name.<\/p>\n

He beat teammate Steele Sidebottom, who previously held the record with 26 contested touches back in 2018.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Daicos finished the match with 32 disposals and a goal.<\/p>\n

But despite Daicos' truly best efforts, his injured side couldn't do enough to overcome the Dogs.<\/p>\n

Pies coach Craig McRae wasn't happy with his side's first loss since round two at the hands of the Saints.<\/p>\n

\ufeff"We're not quite hardened enough," McRae admitted post match.<\/p>\n

"There's a lot of good going on, but then there's this not quite (being) able to do it for four quarters at the minute for this group."<\/p>\n

The Pies have a 6-4-2 record after 12 rounds and sit just inside the eighth with a percentage of 104.6.<\/p>\n
