I played footy, but I didn&#x27;t know it was such a big thing. I can&#x27;t remember anything else, but I was stoked. I had my old man next to me, he was in tears &#8211; it was a very special moment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I was disappointed [last year], not gonna lie &#8211; it did fuel a bit of fire.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;At the same time, I was very stoked for Keaon to play for the Blues. He is a very good player and one of the best back-rowers in the game.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>The form reversal for both player&#x27;s respective clubs in 2024 has resulted in Olakau&#x27;atu jumping in front of his Rabbitohs rival, with the Sea Eagles knocking off the likes of Penrith and Melbourne over the course of the opening 12 rounds.<\/p>\n<p>\ufeffOlakau&#x27;atu credited club teammates Daly Cherry-Evans and Jake Trbojevic &#8211; the two men who will captain Queensland and NSW respectively next week &#8211; for his recent performances in club land.<\/p>\n<p><img data-id=\"6c194eed-68fe-4355-a635-44dc3a3ba50b\" src=\"https:\/\/sportinfo.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/6c194eed-68fe-4355-a635-44dc3a3ba50b-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-width=\"3293\" data-height=\"1852\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&quot;They&#x27;ve both been massive for me,&quot; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I play with Chez on the right side and every week I learn a new thing or two from Chez.
