Esteban Ocon<\/a> could be out at Alpine as the F1<\/a> team reportedly considers benching the driver for the Canadian Grand Prix\ufeff.<\/p>\n

The revelation comes after Ocon collided with Alpine teammate Pierre Gasly on the opening lap of the Monaco Grand Prix<\/a>, with team boss Bruno Famin saying there could be "consequences" for the French driver, hinting at potential changes for Montreal.<\/p>\n

Ocon, who also copped a five-place grid penalty for the Canadian GP, apologised for the incident on social media as Gasly slammed his teammate in a stinging public rebuke.<\/p>\n

A report from Sky Sports claims Famin was fuming on pit wall when the crash happened, with the Alpine boss saying he will have to make a tough decision.<\/p>\n

It's been reported that Ocon apologised to the team in face-to-face meetings\ufeff and a call on his place on the grid has yet to be made.<\/p>\n
