Suliasi Vunivalu's<\/a> tenuous grasp on a Wallabies jersey has slipped further \ufeffafter a horror homecoming in Suva on Saturday.<\/p>\n

The Reds winger had been excited to showcase his skills in his birth city but instead the 28-year-old is making headlines for all the wrong reasons in the wake of a damaging 28-19 loss to the Drua.<\/a><\/p>\n

Vunivalu was, incredibly, guilty of two bl\ufeffatant foot trips on try-bound Drua players and referee Angus Gardner had no other option but to issue the NRL<\/a> convert a red card.<\/p>\n

Vunivalu was Eddie Jones' most controversial selection \ufefffor last year's disastrous Rugby World Cup and, in his fourth season of Super Rugby Pacific, continues to make schoolboy errors.<\/p>\n

"It's definitely not his type of game, it's not his character but when you're cleanly beaten with footwork you just can't chuck that leg out."<\/p>\n

The Drua were awarded an early penalty try \ufefffor Vunivalu's first foot trip on Kitione Salawa at HFC Stadium before another brain fade on Selestino Ravutaumada in the second half.<\/p>\n
