Parramatta<\/a> playmaker Mitchell Moses<\/a> will more than likely be overlooked for NSW<\/a> as the Blues weigh up their halfback options ahead of the series opener.<\/p>\n

It's understood Moses was still being considered for the role by new Blues coach Michael Maguire but he's \ufeffno certainty to return from a fractured foot for Parramatta next weekend, the last NRL match before the squad is picked.<\/p>\n

The Sydney Morning Herald reports<\/a> the NSW coach is now looking at other options for the position due to concern over his ability \ufeffto complete every training session once in camp. <\/p>\n

With Nathan Cleary\ufeff and Adam Reynolds out with their own injuries, a greater focus will be put on on Cronulla's Nicho Hynes, Penrith's Jarome Luai and Canterbury's Matt Burton during Magic Round.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Api Koroisau, is facing his own injury crisis in his battle with Cronulla's Cam McInnes for NSW's No. 9 jersey.<\/p>\n

Koroisau suffered a hip problem against the Broncos last month and\ufeff missed the following week against the Bulldogs, and was restricted to just a couple of runs against the Knights last weekend.<\/p>\n
