I\ufeffn heartbreaking news for Geelong<\/a> fans, superstar midfielder Patrick Dangerfield<\/a> was subbed out of the Cats' clash with Carlton after suffering a hamstring injury.<\/p>\n

Dangerfield was chasing a loose footy in the third term when he grabbed hold of the ball as he fell to the ground.<\/p>\n

Dangerfield was then helped off the ground, looking in pain, before being subbed off and replaced by Tom Atkins\ufeff.<\/p>\n

At the start of the season, Dangerfield was struck down by \ufeffanother hamstring injury, against Adelaide.<\/p>\n
