The Manly Sea Eagles<\/a> have handed the Gold Coast Titans<\/a> a crushing 34-30 loss at CBUS Super Stadium on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

The result marked the \ufeffTitans' sixth straight loss this season and coach Des Hasler<\/a>'s 13th defeat in a row, dating back to his tenure at the Sea Eagles.<\/p>\n

With over 60 points scored\ufeff by the teams, the Sea Eagles came back from a half-time deficit to douse any hope of a Titans' victory.<\/p>\n

First-half doubles to\ufeff Tom Trbojevic<\/a> and Alofiana Khan-Pereira set up the yo-yoing contest which included seven lead changes.<\/p>\n

Trbojevic also had an opportunity to snare a hat trick but the pass from Karl Lawton in the lead-up was ruled forward.<\/p>\n

Manly got off to a fast start with tries to \ufeffTrbojevic and Jason Saab on the right side.<\/p>\n

But the Titans soon hit the scoreboard through\ufeff Khan-Pereira after he plucked a stunning Kieran Foran pass from the air before losing his defender.<\/p>\n

Only six minutes later, Khan-Pereira had a double after pushing up in support of Brian Kelly.<\/p>\n

With recalled half Tanah Boyd on target in front of goal, the Titans grabbed a 12-10 lead.<\/p>\n

The teams then traded four-pointers as big men Haumole Olakau'atu and David Fifita crashed over from close range.<\/p>\n

On the stroke of half time, \ufeffTrbojevic secured a double of his own to keep his side within two points at the main break.<\/p>\n

Making amends for letting \ufeffAJ Brimson spring over moments earlier, Trbojevic threw a cut-out pass to Saab before pushing up to score.<\/p>\n

To start the second half, Boyd had a pass picked off by speedy centre Tolu Koula who raced down the other end to score and regain the lead for Manly.<\/p>\n

But in going from zero to hero, \ufeffBoyd was on the end of the next try as the lead continued to change hands.<\/p>\n

Manly forward Ethan Bullemor landed the final blow to deliver his side victory. \ufeff<\/p>\n
