J\ufeffason Demetriou<\/a> has cut short a bizarre press conference as he prepares for what could be his last match in charge of the Rabbitohs.<\/p>\n

The coach took only four questions, lasting around 30 seconds before he walked off.<\/p>\n

Reports have suggested Demetriou has 80 minutes to save his skin<\/a>, however his press conference could hint there are further problems bubbling away.<\/p>\n

Demetriou was questioned by 9News reporter Zac Bailey at an all-in press conference on Friday morning but didn't delve into questions about how he's personally handling the pressure.<\/p>\n

Question:<\/strong> I'm sure you've had easier weeks in your life. Firstly, how are you travelling\ufeff with all the external talk?<\/p>\n

Demetriou:<\/strong> We've had a great week\ufeff of training, energy through the week's been outstanding.<\/p>\n

Question:<\/strong> How have you been able to block it out?<\/p>\n

Demetriou:<\/strong> There's new blokes coming in. Jye Gray, Tyrone Munro, Davvy Moale is back, I'm excited by the energy they've brought.<\/p>\n

Question:<\/strong> In terms of you personally though\ufeff?<\/p>\n

Demetriou:<\/strong> I'm really looking forward to the performance, can't wait. Energy's through the roof, looking forward to it.<\/p>\n

Question:<\/strong> Do you believe you're coaching for your job on Saturday night?<\/p>\n

Demetriou:<\/strong> I believe I'm coaching for a great performance this week \ufeffand that's what we'll get. Thank you.<\/p>\n
