Crows<\/a> forward Josh Rachele has said a victory over Carlton<\/a> at Marvel Stadium on Saturday would cap off his 21st birthday week.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Having been a Blue Bagger since birth, Rachele admitted it had been "really hard" becoming a Crow during the first year of his AFL career.\u00a0<\/p>\n

"I found it difficult lining up against Paddy Cripps and those guys who were my idols, but you definitely need to put that aside," he said.<\/p>\n

Despite the Crows' recent struggles, Rachele said he was confident his team could kick start their season against the Blues this weekend.<\/p>\n

"We showed snippets throughout the first three weeks, but on the weekend it definitely felt like a step in the right direction," he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

"As a group, it does feel like we are really, really close."<\/p>\n

"All credit to him, he's one of the hardest working players at the club," Rachele said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

"He's so diligent with diet, his training, and I see it firsthand every single day living with him. It's a credit to him, and I hope he can keep bringing that consistency."<\/p>\n
