Roosters<\/a> recruit Dominic Young<\/a> is facing a \ufefflong stint on the sideline and has been urged to stay clear of his coach after he was sent off for a high shot on Bulldogs<\/a> fullback Blake Taafe.<\/p>\n

The winger was having his worst game since joining the Tricolours<\/a> after dropping the ball in the second tackle of the game.<\/p>\n

Young then produced a missed tackle which led to a try before his performance was topped off by the send off.<\/p>\n

\ufeffThe winger ran in aggressively to Taafe, hitting him square on the chin with the fullback immediately knocked out and dropping the ball.<\/p>\n

Canterbury's players took exception to the high shot with both sides coming together before Young was sent off.<\/p>\n

Commentator Warren Smith described it as a "nightmare" for the Roosters while the club premiership winner Cooper Cronk was scathing of Young at half-time. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"\ufeffDom Young \ufeffdeserved to be sent off because he missed a few tackles, and that's the only one he made and he clipped Taafe and ended up in the sin bin," he said on Fox League.<\/p>\n

"He should stay clear of Trent Robinson at half-time."<\/p>\n

Young's send off came with the Roosters already down two men following head knocks to Sam Walker and James Tedesco.<\/p>\n

Walker copped an accidental knee to the back of the head from Stephen Crichton\ufeff with the Roosters down 18-0 at the time after a double to Matt Burton and opening try for Taafe.<\/p>\n

Burton's second four-pointer came after Young missed a tackle on Viliame Kikau who ran away before finding his five-eighth in support.<\/p>\n

Tedesco was then knocked out after Kikau had made a break down the left-hand side following missed tackles from Joseph Manu and Young.<\/p>\n

Tedesco put his head in an awkward position as Kikau ran over him, with his concussion immediately ruled category one.<\/p>\n

"It's been uncomfortable viewing … it can a brutal game at times, scenes that nobody wants to see, it's hard to put into words really," league legend James Graham described the situation at half-time.<\/p>\n

Young's send off followed with the Bulldogs taking the two points.<\/p>\n

Prop Sam Hughes then scored right on half-time to make it 26-0 as the Bulldogs held their biggest half-time lead in eight years\ufeff.<\/p>\n

The carnage didn't end there at Accor Stadium with the Roosters coming out firing in the second half, with Egan Butcher scoring in the 47th minute.<\/p>\n

Joseph Suaalii then made it another HIA when he went off following a Sam Hughes head slam with the Bulldogs forward put on report. \ufeff<\/p>\n

The Roosters momentum continued \ufeffwhen Naufahu Whyte scored his first while Butcher had a second.<\/p>\n

Manu put the Roosters in striking distance in the 58th minute with the score 26-20.<\/p>\n

Suaalli returned moments after the try before Harrison Edwards was stretchered off the field following a collision with \ufeffWhyte.<\/p>\n

Burton then scored his hat-trick in the 65th minute before more carnage continued with Victor Radley sin binned for a hip drop on Crichton.<\/p>\n

Down to 11-men, the Roosters kept coming with Daniel Tupou scoring and the score 30-26 with four minutes left.<\/p>\n
