Hurricanes star Cam Roigard will miss the rest of the Super Rugby Pacific season after rupturing the patella tendon in his left knee.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Hurricanes confirmed All Blacks<\/a> halfback Roigard had undergone surgery \ufeffon Tuesday and will now lean on TJ Perenara at No.9 after their bye week in round seven.<\/p>\n

After sitting out a game earlier in the season over a pay dispute, Rebels recruit Filipo Daugunu is now relishing his new position at outside centre.<\/p>\n

"I love being involved in defence," Daugunu, a Fijian, said.<\/p>\n

Slipper will go past Stephen Moore's record \ufeffwith his 178th appearance this weekend.<\/p>\n

Former Crusaders prop Wyatt Crockett holds the competition record with 202 caps.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Waratahs centre Lalakai Foketi has been promoted to the starting lineup after being eased back via the bench last week.\ufeff<\/p>\n

"Lalakai brings a great power game for us, he links up well with Tane (Edmed), and he gets the ball to width deceptively well which helps us get our back three more involved," Waratahs assistant coach Pauli Taumoepeau said.<\/p>\n

Wallabies prop Angus Bell and openside flanker Charlie Gamble also return to the Waratahs starting lineup.<\/p>\n

"They're a class side," Taumoepeau said of the Brumbies.<\/p>\n
