"We know how quickly we're able to turn this around," he said.<\/p>\n

"We're confident we've found what it is that's letting us down over these first two or three weeks, so now we've got to get out there and prove it."<\/p>\n

Despite declaring finals as a necessity at the start of the season, Nicks believes radical changes are not necessary.<\/p>\n

There will be two forced changes due to injuries to Wayne Milera and Murphy.<\/p>\n
