The Wests Tigers<\/a> have produced a thrilling win over the Eels<\/a> as the Benji Marshall era continues to roll on.<\/p>\n

Aidan Sezer<\/a> was the man of the moment, slotting the winning field goal in a 17-16 victory.<\/p>\n

Clint Gutherson had the chance to slot a penalty goal to win it after full-time from 35 metres out on the left side of the field but ultimately missed.<\/p>\n

While Sezer was the match-winner, teenage star Lachlan Galvin stole the show, setting up two tries for the Tigers.<\/p>\n

The five-eighth could face a ban though after he was sin-binned in the second half for a hip drop tackle.<\/p>\n

Galvin \ufeffset up the first try for the Tigers in the third minute when his deft grubber put Justin Olam over.<\/p>\n

"The confidence of this man is outrageous\ufeff … that is immaculate that kick," Mick Ennis said on Fox League.<\/p>\n

The Eels hit back 12 minutes later when Maika Sivo before scores were tied at half-time due to a Gutherson penalty goal.<\/p>\n

Gutherson himself scored right after the break to put the Eels in front before extending the lead to 14-6 with another penalty goal in the 49th minute after Galvin's sin bin.<\/p>\n

Both sides continued to defend for the next 14 minutes before Olam went over for a double to make it interesting.<\/p>\n

Galvin then injected himself back into the game moments later, taking the ball down the left and beating his former teammate Blaize Talagi. \ufeff<\/p>\n

Fullback Jahream Bula popped up inside in support to go over and score \ufeffas the Tigers led 16-14.<\/p>\n

Another Gutherson penalty goal levelled proceedings with five minutes to go before Sezer slotted an ugly field goal right before full-time.<\/p>\n

"I'm happy it went over even though it was messy," Sezer told Fox League post-match.\ufeff\ufeff<\/p>\n

An offside penalty from the kick-off gifted Gutherson the chance to win the game for his side but his kick missed, sending the Tigers players, fans and coaching box into raptures. \ufeff<\/p>\n

Asked about his try assist to Bula post-match, Galvin simply put it down to backing himself. \ufeff<\/p>\n
