W\ufeffayne Bennett<\/a> claimed he "didn't change much" for the Dolphins<\/a> prior to their round two win over the Dragons<\/a>, despite a surprising turnaround from their season opener.<\/p>\n

After kicking off their NRL<\/a> campaign with a horror display against the Cowboys, the side bounced back in resounding fashion with a 38-0 drubbing on Sunday night.<\/p>\n

Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow<\/a> crossed for the first hat-trick of his career, while new recruits Herbie Farnworth and Jake Averillo gave the visitors plenty of headaches.<\/p>\n

Bennett made a plethora of changes – both forced and unforced – following the round one loss, including bringing in young playmaker Isaiya Katoa and dropping veteran back-rower Kenny Bromwich from the line-up.<\/p>\n

However, according to the veteran coach, there was very little that shifted for the Dolphins over the seven days between matches as he gave a wry smile post-game.<\/p>\n

\ufeff"You'd have to say that's not too bad," Bennett said.<\/p>\n

"I just coach them, I don't have all those answers. We didn't change a lot and the performances are so different. I thought it was a tremendous turnaround.<\/p>\n

"There's always room for improvement, it's the biggest room in the house".<\/p>\n

Bennett's side dominated from the opening stages against the Saints, who came up with twice as many errors as the hosts and missed crucial tackles on their own line.<\/p>\n

One man that made full use of the flimsy St George Illawarra defence was the aforementioned Tabuai-Fidow, who crossed for three tries in a scintillating effort – a complete opposite of his error-riddled game against the Cowboys a week prior.<\/p>\n
