S\ufeffam Goodman and Mark Schleibs<\/a> have had one final opportunity for trash talk ahead of their highly-anticipated super-bantamweight boxing<\/a> bout on Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

The pair have been embroiled in a heated feud for the past couple of months, with the No.1 world-ranked \ufeffWollongong local a red-hot favourite on the No Limit event.<\/p>\n

Schleibs has exuded confidence in the lead-up and certainly didn't tone it down at the press conference, \ufeffclaiming he was in Goodman's head.<\/p>\n

"It's obvious," Schleibs said.<\/p>\n

"Have a look at him. His eyes are coming out of his head, he's a deadset zombie."<\/p>\n

Schleibs would also take aim at fellow south-coast product Alexander Volkanovski<\/a>, who recently lost his UFC<\/a> world title in devastating fashion last month.<\/p>\n

That prompted a response\ufeff from the popular Goodman, who will be hoping for a decisive result in his bid to become a world champion.<\/p>\n

"He's just a f—–t. There's no other way to put it," Goodman said.<\/p>\n

"He's just a mouthpiece. It's like arguing with a four-year-old, to be honest. He'll get splattered. That's all I've got to say about Mark Schleibs."<\/p>\n

Goodman and Schleibs will headline the pay-per-view portion of the card, \ufeffwith the hard-hitting Issac Hardman slated for the co-main event spot against Endy Saavedra.<\/p>\n

But perhaps the most intriguing clash will see former NRL<\/a> stars Curtis Scott<\/a> and Joey Leilua<\/a> meet in a heavyweight contest, bringing a long-standing feud into the ring.<\/p>\n

\ufeffScott – who has been exiled from top-flight rugby league due to domestic violence offences – replaced Leilua at the Raiders in 2020, with the Samoan international making an unsuccessful move to the Tigers.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the press conference, Scott claimed he would put an end to Leilua's boxing career as the former Storm premiership winner looks to carve out a new career path.<\/p>\n
