F\ufeffremantle<\/a> has copped a triple injury blow on the eve of the 2024 campaign.<\/p>\n

Ruckman Luke Jackson<\/a> has been sidelined with a delayed concussion, joining Michael Frederick and Nathan O'Driscoll on the sidelines.<\/p>\n

The Dockers' injury list is growing as they gear up for their practice match against Port Adelaide in South Australia on Friday.<\/p>\n

Jackson suffered delayed concussion symptoms after his clash with West Coast Eagles youngster Reuben Ginbey in their first practice match last week.<\/p>\n

Ginbey was left with damaged teeth.<\/p>\n

Frederick is managing a minor hamstring injury that will keep him with the rehab group this week.<\/p>\n

O'Driscoll's timeline back to the big stage is less clear however, ruled out indefinitely as he battles an inflamed knee.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Jye Amiss may still make the trip to Alberton, despite managing a sore quad and ankle.<\/p>\n

But Heath Chapman will head overseas to Qatar later this week to spend time in a specialist facility, hoping to rehabilitate his hamstring.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Despite the worrying list of injuries both short and long term, Dockers veteran Jaeger O'Meara played down the issue before their clash with the Power.\ufeff<\/p>\n

\ufeff"Always a little sore after the first hit out against proper opposition," O'Meara told media on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

"We've got a fair depth list there now (in the midfield) which we haven't had in the past, so it's a really good position to be in."<\/p>\n

\ufeffIn good news for Dockers fans, two-time Brownlow medallist Nat Fyfe looks as if his injury woes are behind him.<\/p>\n

"He's had a really, really good pre-season. I'm told that it's the best his body has been for a number of years," O'Meara said.\ufeff<\/p>\n

As for O'Meara\ufeff, now 30, he says he's ready to let the next generation flourish, hoping he'll have to fight for a spot in 2024.<\/p>\n

"I'm happy to play anywhere to be honest, I just want to play in this team\ufeff," he said.<\/p>\n
