T\ufeffom Gilbert<\/a> could potentially face another stint on the sidelines after he was assisted off the field in the Dolphins<\/a>' trial match loss to the Warriors<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The lock came in hard to tackle centre Rocco Berry but \ufeffthe Warriors outside back stepped inside, with Gilbert falling awkwardly despite no contact.<\/p>\n

Gilbert stayed on the ground and put his hands on his face in agony. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"It looks like the knee," league great James Graham said on Fox League. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"Aw dear, he looks in some strife … he comes out (to tackle), he screams, it doesn't look great, he clutches at it straight away."<\/p>\n

Any serious injury would be horrible news for Gilbert after he dislocated his shoulder for Queensland in Origin I<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The injury meant Gilbert only played 11 games for the Dolphins in their debut campaign.<\/p>\n

After medical staff attended to Gilbert, the lock-forward was assisted from the ground and limped his way off. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"You feel sorry for him, you see the expression on his face, he's filthy with what's happened," Graham said.<\/p>\n

"It's so frustrating when you pick up an injury … the concern and look on his teammates as well (says it all), it's such a shame. hopefully it isn't as bad as what it looks."<\/p>\n
