Footy is officially back, with the NRL pre-season challenge kicking off this weekend, with 16 clubs and plenty of high-profile names in action.<\/p>\n

St George Illawarra will take on old rivals South Sydney in the annual Charity Shield, while the Roosters, Sea Eagles and Broncos will continue preparations for Las Vegas.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Penrith are the only NRL club not competing, with the reigning premiers travelling overseas to face Super League winners \ufeffWigan in the World Club Challenge.<\/p>\n
