Jorgensen also revealed a desire to play sevens for Australia at the Olympics – but that was more likely to happen in Los Angeles.\ufeff<\/p>\n
"That's another dream, playing with Australia in the Olympics, winning a gold medal or any medal… that'd be pretty cool, but probably not this year."<\/p>\n
Jorgensen was set to play for Australia off the bench against either Wales or Portugal in France before breaking his leg while catching a high ball at training.<\/p>\n
He is expected to be available for NSW's opening Super Rugby game against the Reds on February 24.\ufeff<\/p>\n

"It's a bit of a blur now. Just went up for a high ball and not even contested," Jorgensen said.<\/p>\n
"Just landed on it and snapped it and yeah, obviously it's devastating. I was just praying that it'd be a bad rolled ankle or something like that, but went off to get a scan and it was obviously broken straight through. It was devastating to go back on the plane ride, by myself, just in my own thoughts."<\/p>\n
As for Australia's inglorious World Cup exit in general?\ufeff<\/p>\n

"I was so devastated for the boys. I was feeling all that pain… but for me personally, I think it was a good experience to sort of go through something like that, like somewhere where you don't win anything and everyone's, the fans are hating you, stuff like that. As hard as it is, I think I'll grow as a player and be better for it…<\/p>\n
"Having your own fans booing you, you're sort of sitting there like, 'what do I even think?' They're just booing us – like they're meant to be our fans. So it's obviously hard but as I said, I think it's going to make you a better player in the long run, as shit as it was in the moment. How shit of a campaign it was, I think a lot of the boys are better for it."<\/p>\n
Despite the disaster, Jorgensen will be eternally grateful to coach Eddie Jones for taking a punt on him as an uncapped 18-year-old in his World Cup squad.\ufeff<\/p>\n
