"T\ufeffhat's an area we're going to need to improve," he told Wide World of Sports.<\/p>\n

"Nathan Lyon is far from happy about that and I don't blame him," Ian Smith said on Fox Cricket.<\/p>\n

\ufeffTaylor admitted he did notice "fatigue" in Australia's efforts but believed that could be put down to extremely hot conditions in Brisbane.<\/p>\n

"I think there was a little bit of fatigue in the Australia side, I think that would be fair \ufeff(to say) and also to be fair it was extremely hot," he said. <\/p>\n

"I thought the bowlers stuck at it really well in those conditions (on Saturday) to bowl the West Indies out for 193, that was a fine effort. There was also some good catches, Steve Smith took some great catches that made a difference. <\/p>\n

"All in all it certainly wasn't a great performance for us in the field but taking into consideration the weather conditions they did a pretty good job."<\/p>\n
