P\ufeffERTH:<\/strong> Australia has a shot at repeating its 2018 Sydney golden double after the men and women produced superb semi-final performances at the Perth Sevens.<\/p>\n

The dominant Aussie women outclassed the United States 24-7 before the "poor cousin" men<\/a> upset Fiji \ufeff22-7 at a sold out HBF Park.<\/p>\n

The women will start red hot favourites in their final against Ireland at 8.13pm AEDT on Sunday with the men taking on world series leaders Argentina 40 minutes later.\ufeff<\/p>\n

The date with Argentina is a repeat of the final in Cape Town in December, when Australia ran out of steam in a 45-12 loss.\ufeff<\/p>\n

"We've just got to be better, be physical, get up to fight and I've got no doubt we will… I don't want to be seen as a weak link in the field.<\/p>\n

Aussie star Bella Nasser revealed coach Tim Walsh had used a novel tactic in a bid to get their tackle height down.\ufeff<\/p>\n
