Australian mogul skier Matt Graham escaped serious injury at the FIS World Cup when he landed on top of a rival.<\/p>\n

Graham managed to score a podium spot at Val St Come in Canada even though he could have seriously hurt himself during proceedings when he landed on top of competitor Benjamin Cavet.<\/p>\n

\ufeffGraham ended up on top of Cavet when the latter lost control and crashed into a jump, rebounding directly into Graham's path.<\/p>\n

Thankfully, both men \ufeffgot up and were able to ski down to the finish with no serious injury.<\/p>\n

"Really happy to walk away from that crash against Ben, probably one of the scariest crashes I have been in," said Graham post race.<\/p>\n

"I just saw him at the last minute and pulled my legs though to try and miss landing on his face essentially.<\/p>\n

"I took a bit of time off after the Ruka World Cup (in early December), because I had a couple of shoulder surgeries over the course of 2023 so I missed the off-season.<\/p>\n

"I then went back home and went to the water ramps and cut my knee really bad and had to have surgery just a month ago, so this is the first time I have skied since Ruka and I am just stoked to be back and the body is feeling good."<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
