Qinwen Zheng couldn't contain her sheer delight after her fourth round win at the Australian Open<\/a>, gushing over the support she has had from compatriot Li Na.<\/p>\n

Zheng booked a quarter-final berth against Russia's Anna Kalinskaya by defeating Oeane Dodin in straight sets \u2013 6-0, 6-2.<\/p>\n

The 21-year-old from China is the sole remaining seeded player on her side of the draw.<\/p>\n

In the days leading up to her latest match, Zheng was surprised while appearing on TV by her idol Na.<\/p>\n

Speaking with Nine's Jelena Dokic post-match, Zheng couldn't help but gush over the meeting.<\/p>\n

"The last interview when I met her, I was really surprised \u2013 I think everyone can see that," Zheng said.<\/p>\n

"She's really classic and I think powerful women. Honestly, I think she looks much more beautiful from when I saw her on the TV when I was young."<\/p>\n

Later, in a press conference, she mentioned the influence Na had had on her.<\/p>\n

"It's really simple advice: don't think too much," Zheng explained.<\/p>\n

"But sometimes when you enter on court, it's tough to do it.<\/p>\n

"I think at the end the simple things will really helps on the tennis court.\u00a0<\/p>\n

"That's what I'm trying to do. At the end I find out if you really focus in the basic things, you will shows up good things on the tennis."<\/p>\n

Zheng, the 12th seed, is the third highest ranked player remaining in the women's draw behind Aryna Sabalenka (second seed) and Coco Gauff (fifth seed).<\/p>\n

"There's a next match to go, and everyone to come and watch me. I'm really happy to be here," Zheng said.<\/p>\n

"This is like a responsibility, sometimes pressure. Right now I'm just trying to focus on myself, play day by day and don't think too much.<\/p>\n
