Britain's Jack Draper completed a gutsy comeback victory over American Marcos Giron at the Australian Open – and proceeded to 'celebrate' by throwing up after shaking \ufeffhis hand.<\/p>\n

Draper finished strong to win the 3h 20m, five set epic \ufeff6-4, 3-6, 4-6, 6-0, 6-2 in 30 degree Melbourne heat on Tuesday afternoon\ufeff.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old had his blood pressure tested during the match and received attention during a medical time out but soldiered on.<\/p>\n

Draper played in the Adelaide International final on Saturday, losing \ufeff6-4, 4-6, 3-6 to Jiri Lehecka.<\/p>\n

The world No.55 will meet another American – 14th seed Tommy Paul – in the second round on Thursday.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Draper smoked Paul 6-1, 6-4 in the quarter-finals in Adelaide. \ufeff<\/p>\n
