period, with almost half of the staff at the <a href=\"https:\/\/wwos.nine.com.au\/a-league\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"A-League\">A-League<\/a> governing body set to be axed amid financial concerns.<\/p>\n<p>Reports from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smh.com.au\/sport\/soccer\/half-of-apl-s-workforce-to-be-made-redundant-amid-a-league-financial-concerns-20240116-p5exm5.html\" title=\"The Sydney Morning Herald\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">The Sydney Morning Herald<\/a> have revealed \ufeffthat close to 50 per cent of the 80-odd workers at the Australian Professional Leagues will either lose their jobs or already have lost their jobs due to an ongoing restructure.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the changes, the APL&#x27;s digital and content arm &#x27;KeepUp&#x27;
