Y\ufeffouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul<\/a> has made a huge career decision, announcing he will be appearing at Paris 2024.<\/p>\n

Paul took to social media to confirm he has partnered with USA Boxing and will join the Olympics squad over the next few months to prepare.<\/p>\n

"I'm honoured to partner with USA Boxing as the 2024 Paris Olympics approach," Paul said.<\/p>\n

"I'll be training with the Olympic squad in Colorado Springs this winter and accompanying them to Paris this July to amplify our country's best amateur boxers."<\/p>\n

Paul \ufeffdelivered a brutal first-round knockout of Andre August in Orlando, Florida last Saturday.<\/p>\n

In his first fight since suffering the only defeat of his unorthodox boxing career, in a split decision to Tommy Fury<\/a> earlier this year, Paul redeemed himself in his cruiserweight bout against August.<\/p>\n

The most recent win takes Paul's professional boxing record to 8-1 with five knockout victories.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Paul says he's not focused on what he has achieved, instead turning his attention to his "commitment" to the sport.\ufeff<\/p>\n

"My commitment to boxing is much more than my in ring accomplishments. I am determined to make my impact outside the ring bigger than anything I do within it," Paul said.<\/p>\n

Paul went on to declare that his country is full of the "best boxers"\ufeff, ready to challenge anyone next year.<\/p>\n

"I believe the United States has the best boxers. Let's put it to the test. Anyone who works hard enough to fight for their country in the most iconic contest has my support," he said.<\/p>\n
