Aussie tennis firebrand Nick Kyrgios<\/a> and controversial British media personality Piers Morgan are set to face off in an explosive interview dubbed, "the interview nobody thought possible".<\/p>\n

The pair have \ufefftraded barbs on social media over the years around Kyrgios' tennis etiquette but the fan-favourite has now dialled into Morgan's show Piers Morgan Uncensored<\/em> to tell-all.<\/p>\n

"The bad boy of tennis meets the biggest mouth in TV," \ufeffthe show's promotion of the interview said.<\/p>\n

Both Kyrgios and Morgan shared a snippet of the interview \ufeffon their social media on Thursday with nothing off the table.<\/p>\n

In the sneak peek, the duo discuss Kyrgios' mother being threatened with a gun when his luxury car was stolen earlier this year, his experience of racism in Australia and playing the "villain" in tennis.<\/p>\n

"You feel like the bad guy in a movie, the main villain," Kyrgios says in the teaser trailer.<\/p>\n

"Every time I went out onto the court I knew that I could spoil somebody's day \u2026 I love it."<\/p>\n

The interview will be aired during Piers Morgan Uncensored<\/em> in the UK on Friday AEDT and available to Australian viewers thereafter.<\/p>\n

Kyrgios has only managed one match this year after his season was cruelled by injuries.<\/p>\n

The 28-year-old missed the Australian Open in January after undergoing \ufeffknee surgery<\/a> and then had his comeback plans at Wimbledon derailed after he tore a ligament in his right wrist<\/a>. He subsequently withdrew from the final two grand slams.<\/p>\n

Once ranked world No.13, Kyrgios has since slipped to 192 in the ATP rankings.<\/p>\n

In a change of scenery, \ufeffKyrgios joined the Tennis Channel's commentary team ahead of the ATP Finals clash between\ufeff Alexander Zverev and Daniil Medvedev earlier this month.<\/p>\n

While \ufeff\ufeffKyrgios' cameo was well received, a solitary slip of the tongue had his fellow commentators in stitches.<\/p>\n

"When you look at people who have had sex \u2026 success against Medvedev," Kyrgios said.<\/p>\n
