J\ufeffosh Giddey<\/a> has been ruthlessly booed by NBA<\/a> fans in Minnesota as he continues to play despite allegations of a relationship with an underage girl.<\/p>\n

An NBA investigation into the allegations is ongoing<\/a>, and Giddey's team, the Oklahoma City Thunder<\/a>, has \ufeffrefused to take him out of the line-up.<\/p>\n

Wednesday's clash with the Timberwolves was Giddey's first appearance on the road since the allegations surfaced late last week and it was clear what the fans thought of the 21-year-old.<\/p>\n

\ufeffIt did not take long for the fans to get on the Australian's back, booing as he received the ball from teammate Chet Holmgren and banked in a floater inside the first two minutes.<\/p>\n

The booing comes just a day after Australian \ufeffbasketball great Andrew Bogut said the "damage has been done" to Giddey's reputation<\/a>, regardless of the outcome of the NBA's probe.<\/p>\n

"The damage has been done to his PR regardless of what the result is," Bogut said on his podcast, Rogue Bogues<\/em>.<\/p>\n
