Top-ranked Novak Djokovic<\/a> will be bidding for a record-breaking seventh ATP Finals title when he takes on home favourite Jannik Sinner<\/a> in the final after both won their semi-final matches.<\/p>\n

Djokovic took less than 90 minutes to beat Carlos Alcaraz<\/a> 6-3, 6-2 in a match between the top two-ranked players on Sunday morning (AEDT), after Sinner dispatched Daniil Medvedev 6-3, 6-7 (4), 6-1.<\/p>\n

The 36-year-old Djokovic is tied with Roger Federer on six titles at the season-ending tournament for the year\u2019s top eight players, while Sinner is the first Italian to reach the final.<\/p>\n

However, Sinner recorded his first-ever victory over Djokovic earlier this week<\/a> and the Serbian will also have to contend again with a passionate, partisan crowd on Monday morning (AEDT).<\/p>\n

He had plenty of support in Turin on Sunday morning (AEDT), with many chanting his name between points.<\/p>\n

Sinner has won all four of his matches at the ATP Finals, including that mesmerising victory over Djokovic earlier this week.<\/p>\n

Sinner has been fervently backed by the fans in Turin \u2014 with the orange-clad \u201cCarota Boys\u201d ever present \u2014 and the 22-year-old raised his arms to the joyous crowd after serving the match out to love against 2020 champion Medvedev.<\/p>\n
