Cameron Green<\/a> has made the selfless call to suggest he should drop out of Australia's line-up as the team awaits the return of Mitchell Marsh<\/a> and Glenn Maxwell.<\/p>\n

Maxwell (concussion) and Marsh (personal reasons) both missed Australia's 33-run win over England on Saturday<\/a>, but are expected to face \ufeffAfghanistan.<\/p>\n

Marsh has rejoined Australia's World Cup camp after a brief trip back to Perth<\/a> following the death of his grandfather.<\/p>\n

Green was vaulted into Australia's XI against England due to the absences of Maxwell and Marsh, and performed admirably, scoring 47 off 52 deliveries.<\/p>\n

However, he's not expecting to keep his spot.<\/p>\n

"I think they're (Maxwell and Marsh) straight back in.<\/p>\n

"We're so excited to get Mitch back and then Maxi, I think it's an eight-day (concussion) protocol (that ends) on the (match) day, so I think he's all good to go."<\/p>\n

Marcus Stoinis was the other beneficiary of Maxwell and Marsh's absences, and made a 32-ball 35 to keep Australia's innings afloat.<\/p>\n

\ufeffMarsh and Maxwell's returns are a massive boost for Australia ahead of a likely semi-final berth.<\/p>\n
