The score\ufeff is New South Wales' lowest at the MCG since 1912 when they were bowled out for 84.<\/p>\n

It's their seventh lowest total at the famous ground. Their worst was 57 in 1858.<\/p>\n

The Blues parted ways with head coach Phil Jaques in November last year amid a dismal season that ended with NSW winless.<\/p>\n

Veteran coach Greg Shipperd was appointed for this season with NSW losing their opening match of the season. If they fail to gain victory against Victoria, it'll be their 15th consecutive game without a win.<\/p>\n

NSW came into bat at the MCG with Victoria only scoring 196 in the first innings.<\/p>\n
