Former Australian<\/a> captain Mark Taylor<\/a> has been left surprised by Marnus Labuschagne<\/a>'s decision to review a caught behind during the side's shocking middle order collapse against India in the World Cup<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Australia lost 5\/30 when they went from 2\/110 to 7\/140 inside 10 overs with Steve Smith, Labuschagne, Alex Carey, Glenn Maxwell and Cameron Green all departing in quick succession.<\/p>\n

Labuschagne was caught behind for 27 from a brilliant Lokesh Rahul catch, with Ravindra Jadeja doing the damage.<\/p>\n

The Aussie batsman then sent the decision upstairs after consulting with Maxwell.<\/p>\n

Footage showed a spike as the ball passed the bat and Labuschagne was on his way.<\/p>\n

"He'd have known – so he walks back taking a review with him. What a good catch that was by the keeper standing up," commentator Harsha Bhogle said. \ufeff<\/p>\n

Labuschagne's departure left Australia at 4\/119 in the 30th over with Taylor confused by his decision, which burnt a review for the side. \ufeff<\/p>\n

"\ufeffI'm surprised with Marnus Labuschagne, he reacted as if he didn't hit that ball, I thought he must've hit the ground or something," Taylor said on Nine's coverage.<\/p>\n
